Returns & Exchanges

At Relatable, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
